Our Process
It All Starts with a Conversation.
Every successful mascot begins with understanding your needs. We start by discussing how you plan to use your mascot, your requirements, and the key features that will make the costume effective for your brand and performers.
Once the requirements are established, we work from your approved mascot artwork and design to determine the best approach for fabrication. Our team develops a detailed Creation Strategy focused on selecting the appropriate materials, construction techniques, proportions, comfort, mobility, and durability.
Once all requirements and artwork are approved, we begin the production of your custom mascot costume. Each stage of the manufacturing process is carefully executed to ensure that the finished mascot accurately reflects the approved design while meeting our standards for quality, durability, and performer comfort.
Because every mascot is custom-made and uniquely constructed, production requires careful attention to detail. Our standard production timeline is 15–20 working days, depending on the complexity of the mascot and once all required approvals and production requirements have been completed.
